Natural Home Remedies Hair Treatment

Not many people – including you, perhaps – know that there are very inexpensive ways to treat the hair. Well, you can always go to the most expensive salon to have your hair done, but what will it do to your financials? What if you have limited budgets? Well, no need to worry, because there are lots of natural ingredients and home remedies that you can use to treat your hair. They are inexpensive. They are easy to find. And they definitely work like charms to make your hair look like a million buck!

Have you ever tried using avocados to treat damaged hair? In case you have split ends or you have this crazy coarse texture, simply buy the avocados and let them fix the issues! Find a ripe avocado, mash it, mix it with an egg, and then apply the mixture to your wet hair. Just leave it for 20 minutes – 30 minutes tops – and then rinse it with warm water for several times. It is yucky, but it is truly working. Avocados have high levels of fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins that can repair the damages. If you have damaged hair, do this for once a week. But if you have healthy hair and you just want to make it shine and healthy, doing it for once a month will be enough. Please do if you want to do it once for every two weeks – it works like magic!

Another ingredient from your kitchen can also be used to treat frizzy, brittle, and dry hair: the butter. Simply apply a small amount to your hair and massage it gently. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse it, apply shampoo as usual, and then rinse all the remaining butter out. if it still feels sticky and oily, rinse it again. It will make your hair soft and healthy gloss.

In case you are running out of conditioner, don’t fret. You can make use of olive oil and you are guaranteed to have soft and shiny hair. In fact, olive oil is good to transform your dry hair into a healthy hair with a natural gloss. Simply warm a half cup of olive oil and run it to your scalp and strand. Remember, you are supposed to warm it; not boil it. Once your hair is all covered, cover it with a plastic bag, and then wrap a towel. Leave if for at least 45 minutes – an hour top – and then rinse it. Apply shampoo as usual and cleanse everything completely. You can do this for once a week and see the differences in no time!

You can also use tea to rinse your hair. It will create natural shine and gloss, and good for dry hair. Make sure you use unsweetened and warm tea – you can use instant or freshly brewed one, it is up to you. After shampooing, rinse the hair with the tea. Keep in mind, though, that tea can also be used to enhance the color of your hair naturally, so be careful in choosing the right tea. Chamomile is used for blondes while black tea is for a brunette or black.
