Glutathione being an antioxidant naturally already present in our body makes it a safe alternative to harsher skin bleaching creams.
Your AHA moment – Exfoliation is crucial
Besides keeping your skin clean and keeping acne at bay, exfoliants help to speed up the cell turnover, making younger skin cells resurface faster. Night creams containing AHA (alpha hydroxy acids) are very efficient in helping your skin rejuvenate while you sleep. Besides this AHA’s have a slight whitening effect, thus reducing hyperpigmentation. You also need to bear in mind that lightening your skin makes it sensitive to sunlight, so make sure you use safe sunscreen along with your AHA’s.

These vitamins have antioxidant properties, meaning they help fight free radicals that cause premature aging. Also using both C and E simultaneously is said to increase their effectiveness in fighting both wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.
Stay away from cigarettes
Other than causing a range of adverse health effects, such as lung cancer, smoking cigarettes daily will inevitably do harm to your skin. How exactly smoking causes premature aging is not fully understood, but some studies suggest it decreases blood flow which damages your skin, and tobacco is also considered to be toxic when in contact with sunlight, thus damaging skin. That is why using a moisturizer is important for younger looking skin.
