When I made my first purchase of Minnetonka boots, I fell in love. Wearing their shoes is absolutely like walking on clouds. Comfy, stylish…and very versatile. These can be worn year round with shorts, jeans, dresses, and skirts. I recommend everyone get at least on type. These happen to be my third, and I cant stop.

If you don’t love ROSE GOLD, start. I have always been a lover a gold for some reason. Maybe it was growing up in the 80’s with my Aunts loving 14K. I did not dabble in silver, and I was never a platinum girl. Honestly I recall my first glimpse of ROSE GOLD on HSN in the 90’s. I always thought it was pretty, but at the time, I didn’t think I was old enough to rock it properly. Well now, I am. Even so…I want to rock it in my home.
The ROSE GOLD lamp below is from the Nate Berkus line at HSN. Its breathtaking and eye catching for sure. The glow of the blue shade just makes this a perfect combination. The same to be said with the Michael Kors watch. All items are keepers, and a great way to start .
and this Rebecca Minkoff number in Rose Gold is lovely lovely.

I posted a while back that I am about to be an Aunt. My sister is having her first baby, and we just found out that it’s a girl. Well maybe…there was no sign of a “turtle” as of now. But then again, I was told that I was a having a girl, and out popped a big surprise when my son was held up. Those are always the best surprises.
But the baby needs a stroller. I was checking out women at the mall the other day with strollers, and things have really changed since I had babies. I want to be able to take her to the mall with me and us both be comfy, but look well to. So below are a few options by New Baby Supply that have me thinking. They have a huge supply of all things needed for babies, and tots. So I have to envision me as I am now…a baby…bottles, bags..a lot.

The above are all items I really must have before 2011 fades to black. A girl can dream.
1.) This clutch is BRAND NEW and is hot for $195. I want to wear it crossbody. They have them currently at Nordstrom to try on, and the size is perfect. There is a larger version for much much more, but it’s just to big. This size works great, and the chain adds the glam/WOW factor.
2.) These aviators are currently on sale at Nordstrom's anniversary sale. I bought a pair the other day in gold for $68. I think the retail is $98. These glasses (aside from Ray Ban) were the only aviators that made my heart sing.
3.) I ordered these in the patent nude, and talk about running small. IF YOU EVER BUY THEIR SHOES order up. I wear a 7 1/2 and had to return for an exchange of an 8. I will report how they feel once they arrive. I will say they looked great on, and were easy to walk in.
4.) Its know around these parts that I like things that are a little different. That’s what drew me to this necklace by fashion blogger Kelly Framel. Its different, and the color combo is right on point.
5.) I need a bag to hold my ipad, along with other items for business and I think the Virginia bag is fabulous. It has the look of a professional, but also without losing personal style in basic plain black.
6.) My husband treated my daughter and I to glittered Toms on our way out of the wall this weekend. We didn’t try them on because we were in a hurry to get back to basketball, so we grabbed..paid, and walked away. Once we got home we realized we wanted something different. Navy for her, and gray for me.
7.) Ok..I bought a leather RM case at the Nordstrom's sale. The case was nice, but BORING. It was brown, brown, brown. I need flair. This case offers everything I want plus a little extra.

Are you watching Million Dollar Decorator on Bravo? You know I am. I was watching last night and just fell in love with Nathan Turner when they showed him eating BAR B QUE in North Carolina with Mary McDonald. Not only is he talented out of the wazoo, but he seems just as sweet as he wants to be. I love his school boy personal style, and warm nature.
The season ends next week. Be sure to watch it on Bravo if you haven't yet. You wont be disappointed. There isn't enough GOOD interior design on television these days, so I will take what I can, when I can.

Anyone that knows me well, knows that I love my diamond studs and rarely change. I think it’s the one thing about my style that is classic. Bunk beds are not what they use to be. You can now find functional bunks that actually work for the children in your home, while providing more options without taking up major space. Although the Brady boys had it good, kids these days have it so much better.
A Traditional look with storage at the base of the beds.
This bed by far has to be one of the more functional beds that I have seen. A closet, drawers, desk, ladder…All in one unit. Just image what could be done with the rest of the room.
How cute is this. A great place to sleep, but it also has a wonderful area for games or homework.
As you can see here. Willis and Arnolds beds took up a lot of space. The old days indeed.
The options are endless, and so are the looks. Another beautiful option with storage.
