Z Gallerie cant get any better…But it did. Now they have added these lights, and other newbies. I want a tripod light so bad, and here is one for only $299. I only wished they still were offering the 20% off sale. I guess that means things are looking up for the company which is great…
We were looking at this the other day as an option for the black room. I love this, and thinks it would bring something different. ![]()

I am all about planning this year. I am going to revamp my inspiration book and get started since its 2010. I need a new sofa for my den. I mean the sofa we have now has been flipped on, jumped on, slept on, eaten on…you name it. The kids this year will be 10 and 13 so I am hoping they are growing out of the destruction phase. I have pictures that my sister took of my son walking on my daughters back and she slept on the sofa. I mean come on for my sake. I think I want something tufted, but not formally. This looks casual enough to welcome guests, and good conversation. Since the kids sleep in their rooms now, I think its pretty safe to say, this wouldn't be used for naps. ![]()
I was happy to see an acrylic chair in person that was not the real thing. Why? Because I wanted to see if the quality was that of the original, or close. And well Z did a great job. It held my heavy ass body up, so it works just fine.

This all looks so good.
I was in Home Goods on Monday in New York and they had a Tripod light for $80.00. You should check around before purchasing.
Yup! I was just going to post to say that HomeSense (Canadian version of Home Goods) has had tripod lights pretty regularly for the last few months. Really good prices!
Ooh the silver chandy is cathing my eye! Pretty, I need to stop in there.
OOh I wish they had a Scandinavian Design store near you - you would LOVE LOVE their sofa and fabric selection and the quality is to die for!
Apparently I can't type. Here I go again. Love the sofa. Such delectable drama. I am also drawn to the floor lamp from the Z Gallerie. I saw a similar one at Pottery Barn but my mom and dad had a floorlamp with a metal shade when I was growing up and it gave off kind of a harsh light. I actually grew to hate that light. It was usually next to where we had our "Come to Jesus" meetings when I broke curfew ... again. Anyway, I was wondering if you bought that lamp and what you thought of it after you got it home. I think in a black room it just might work and if it does it would be mad cool.
yep...its my fave....
love that first photo...
I love and miss Z Gallerie!
Yay, a new couch! ZG has great lighting.
OK I want all things listed in this post-ALL IN ONE ROOM! Well maybe not all 3 lights in 1 room haha...but that couch-LOVE! I'm looking for new couches too...sadly I don't have as many options in Boise! :(
I love light number 3...It's gorgeous!
Girl, my dad called himself falling asleep on one of my white pillows on my family's last visit...I was like, um, NO, lol. Flower pillow is FAB!
Oh how I miss ZG. I used to visit the one near me on my lunch hour and then it closed. Gah!
Can't stop staring at the silver chandelier and the industrial pendant light. PERFECTION.
The tripod is all over the place! I can't afford Z! I like the things that they have BUT-my Budget wont let me.. : {
i HAVE to have that pillow like NOW! i love the drama of it!
